FAQs

The introductory course is over 5 days (3 hours per day). All other courses are over 3 days (3 hours per day)

Yes, all the courses will be taught in English, although a French speaking tutor will be on hand if required.

Payment must be received in full before the delegate is permitted to take the course. Payments can be made by either a Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. Please note that it takes 5 working days for the bank transfer so please make sure the payment is made beforehand.

The courses will be online via Zoom and full details will be sent to the delegates after registration.

The courses have been registered for professional CPD credits. Certificate of Attendance, showing CPD credits, will be e-mailed to delegates once the on-line survey for the course has been completed.

Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks before the start of the event and will be subject to an administration charge of 10% of the course fee.

It is regretted that no refunds will be made within two weeks of the course date. The PV Academy reserves the right to cancel any course it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of the registration fee only. No liability is assumed by The PV Academy for changes in programme date, content, speakers or venue.

Any refund will be made by The PV Academy to you within 7 days of your cancellation and be paid to you in the same way as you paid for your order.
